The common faults and solutions of the video and audio signal acquisition system in the teaching recording system are as follows:
Video signal acquisition faults and solutions
The camera screen goes black
Check the cable: Make sure that the SDI cable or HDMI cable from the camera to the recording host is securely connected.
Check the power supply: Make sure the camera is properly powered on and the power indicator lights up normally.
Adjust the resolution: Try adjusting the input resolution of the camera to 1080P25 or 1080P30.
The camera screen has black bars or is not on the screen
Check the display settings: In the Channel Settings of the recording system, make sure that Full Screen is selected for Display mode.
Adjust the resolution of the courseware: Make sure that the computer resolution of the captured courseware is 16:9 to match the shooting range of the camera.
The gimbal lens cannot be controlled
Check the control cable: Make sure that the control cable from the camera to the recording host is connected correctly, including the power cable and signal cable.
Check the settings: In the Channel Settings section of the recording host, make sure that the Enable PTZ function is selected, and that the protocol, baud rate, address code, and other information in the PTZ Settings are the same as those of the camera.
The screen cannot be switched during autopilot
Check the network settings: Make sure that the IP address of the recording host is on the same network segment as the teacher's computer, and that the DHCP function is configured correctly.
Check the software configuration: Make sure that the automatic switching software on the teacher's computer is turned on, and the IP address in the configuration file is the same as that of the recording host.
Audio signal acquisition faults and solutions
Incomplete or no sound acquisition
Check the power supply: Make sure the pickup or microphone is properly connected and the power indicator is on.
Check the cables: Confirm that the audio signal cables, such as the white and green cables, are properly connected to the camera's audio input connector.
Check the status of the device: Make sure the pickup or microphone is properly turned on and that there is no physical damage.
There is noise in the audio signal
Optimize wiring: Keep audio signal lines away from strong electrical lines to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Use shielded cables: Replace them with high-quality shielded audio cables to reduce noise interference.
Adjust settings: Adjust the audio gain and noise filtering parameters in the camera settings to optimize audio quality.
The audio and video are out of sync
Check the network bandwidth: Ensure that the network bandwidth of the monitoring system is sufficient to avoid delays in audio and video synchronization caused by network congestion.
Upgrade Device Firmware: Check and upgrade the firmware of your camera and pickups to ensure optimal device performance.
Adjust Sync Parameters: Adjust the audio and video sync parameters in the camera settings to optimize the sync effect.
